FOLLOW CAREFULLY MY Screen Shots 


go to start > type disk management



right click anything you wanna shrink volume


put disk size you desire


new simple volume


next. . .



you can change letter for the name of your new hard drive


you can change volume level


click finish



go to my computer to see the finished product
